Millennium Consulting Services, LLC was founded in 2003 by Bruce Cromartie and Colleen Gingrich. Millennium Consulting Services provides educational training, regulatory consulting, and administrative services to insurance companies, insurance regulators, and other insurance related entities. Millennium Consulting’s portfolio of services provides a variety of solutions to meet the demanding obligations of statutory accounting and reporting regulations. Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, Millennium Consulting serves insurance clients throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

Bruce A. Cromartie is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Millennium Consulting Services and is known throughout the insurance industry for his insurance acumen, leadership and insurance expertise. Mr. Cromartie has over two decades of results-oriented, hands-on insurance and regulatory experience with various insurance entities, trade associations, insurance departments and the NAIC.

Colleen Gingrich is the co-founder and executive vice president of Millennium Consulting Services and brings extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise in a variety of insurance areas including investments, claims, risk-based capital and the preparations of statutory filings. Ms. Gingrich has over a decade of managerial experience with various insurance entities and the NAIC.

Our consultants at Millennium Consulting Services are responsible for providing consulting services to all types of insurance entities, including health organizations, property & casualty, and life insurance companies as well as captive insurers, and risk-retention groups. Our consultants prepare and file statutory financial statements and provide other statutory accounting, reporting and investment guidance to such clients. Our consultants have had careers at the NAIC, insurance companies and state departments of insurance and bring extensive knowledge and background in insurance accounting and reporting.
